Ispiro is a State-Registered hairdresser, a full NHF member, was rated a 5-star salon in "the Good Salon Guide", was awarded "Investor in People" in March 2002 and became a full beauty salon in May 2004.

We always strive to keep our staff happy and at the top of their skills by ongoing education as well as some of our staff being members of the Ispiro artistic team, allowing them to exercise their skill and artistic expression and to inspire the rest.
In addition to this, we have also launched this website to make contacting us easier, to keep you on top of what Ispiro can do for you and to offer you all the professional advice we can readily offer through this medium.

Our aim is to please and satisfy you, our customer, and as the information here is mostly general and each person is different, we also offer free consultations, to take into account each person’s individuality, needs and desires.

Please bring with you and share with us your ideas and pictures of styles you both like and dislike, together with hair problems you would like resolved or any other beauty related thoughts and we will do our very best to please you.

By communicating with you about the whole process and any ideas you or the hair designer/beauty therapist might have, we will offer you suggestions for various hair and beauty treatments available.
We also offer professional recommendations regarding the right hair&beauty products and equipment you might need, as well as how these should be used to obtain maximum beauty making you more attractive.

Complaining
Is never easy but very important, in order for you to be satisfied, you must communicate your ideas and thoughts to our staff. Please speak directly to your stylist/beauty therapist or our receptionist or alternatively email us at info@ispiro.co.uk

If you are unhappy with anything whatsoever, let us know straight away and we will do our very best to please you.
